Realtor.com just released its annual report on the hottest housing markets in the United States. Listed by zip code, these towns have real estate that sells in less than 10 days (and most in five days or less). And a ton of people look at the home listings in these areas. Topping the list this year is 80916 - East Colorado Springs, CO - where homes were snapped up after being on the market for only four days. See the full list.

Micro Center (computer stores) in 16 states is offering an unbelievable deal for new customers only (and you may not simply use a different email address possibly). Consumers Use Mass Arbitration Against Big Companies

Now lawyers for aggrieved consumers are fighting back with mass filings of arbitration cases that the company typically has to pay for.
