10 Things Real Estate Brokers Won't Tell You About Open Houses

house Many people like to visit real estate open houses (including MrConsumer) to get a first-hand idea of what is on the market. Web pictures often present a distorted view of a home. Next week: where to get truly free credit scores and credit reports.

Thanks for Good Customer Service

roses Here's a place to publicly thank customer-oriented companies for providing good service. MrConsumer had extraordinary service from Aldi, Vistaprint, Stop & Shop Pharmacy, and SurveyGizmo recently. See what they did, or better yet, add your own compliment about a different company that gave you great service. [No whining allowed.]
