Credit Card Issuers Ranked

credit cards Over 13,000 credit card holders were asked to rate their credit card on factors like interaction, credit card terms, billing and payment process, rewards, benefits and services, and problem resolution. No surprise here, American Express cards satisfied their card holders the most. Surprisingly, the little-used Discover Card came in second. Lowest ranked were HSBC, GE Capital, and Bank of America.
