Car Rental Companies RankedCell Companies' 3G Networks Tested Smart phone users have to rely on their advanced 3G cell networks for speedy connections. PC World tested the cell networks in 13 cities around the country, and seemed to give Verizon the nod for speed and reliability. AT&T only had an 68% reliability rate. Surprisingly, the number of bars you see on your phone has little to do with the quality of the connection you are going to get according to researchers. 1 in 3 Laptops Fail in First Three Years For those of you who just bought a laptop on Black Friday, keep your fingers crossed that it doesn't turn into a lemon. A new research report says that one in three laptops will have a hardware failure [pdf] in the first three years of ownership. Topping the list of the most repair-prone notebooks is Hewlett-Packard, with one of four projected to fail.

(Once you click on a store name, look for the "Bing Cashback" link with a gold coin at the top of the page next to the store name.) Generally, while you can buy sale items, you cannot use coupon codes and Bing's cashback in combination. You must sign up for the Bing program before using.
