Top Tested Laundry DetergentsConsumer Reports tested dozens of laundry detergents, but found that some of the 2X types (concentrated versions) topped the list. On May 12th, the rate for a one ounce, first class letter goes up a penny to 42 cents. Beat the increase by buying "forever" stamps for 41 cents each. Use a cash rebate credit card at a drugstore or supermarket to buy the stamps, and get back 1 - 5% extra, depending on your card.
