Fast Food in Ads Versus Reality

sub MrConsumer is always annoyed to see fast food commercials showing sandwiches six inches high overflowing with what looks like two pounds of meat, when in fact the actual sandwich is far more skimpy. Or look at the ads for footlong sandwiches. I swear they use bread that is 18 inches long to enhance the appeal of the sandwich. I am not alone in noting this fast food deception. Jeffrey Kay has put together sets of photographs of fast food dishes as they are advertised in all their abundant glory, and compared them to what you actually get served. Enjoy.
