    Here is a freeware rolodex program, call RDEX. It is a freeform, unstructured database that pops up a window for you to record whatever you want: notes, names, addresses, each on a separate "card". The program saves all these cards, and makes them searchable. Keep track of phone numbers, people, snippets of facts, etc. It can search through 1800 cards instantly, and finds all matches. Download the free program (scroll down to version 2.3, it's the latest). Even works in Windows 7 64-bit!
