Feds Unveil New Credit Card Rules

credit cards Three federal agencies last week unveiled new rules to curb abuses by credit card issuers. Here is a summary of the new rules [pdf]. In addition to criticizing the delay in implementation (July 2010), consumer advocates say additional protections are still needed [pdf].

2008 Return Policy Survey: Some Retailers Naughty, Others Nice

Rate Alert: Mortgages Hit 37 Year Low
